Description
Instruction
- Mix 500gm of selvi Idiyappam flour with 600ml of hot water to form dough.
- Place dough in mould. Dispese dough in circular fashin to form spring hoppers. Repease process if more is desired.
- Steam spring hoppers for 5 minutes
- Serve with shredded coconut brown sugar or Gula Melaka as topping
