Description

Instruction

  1. Mix 500gm of selvi Idiyappam flour with 600ml of hot water to form dough.
  2. Place dough in mould. Dispese dough in circular fashin to form spring hoppers. Repease process if more is desired.
  3. Steam spring hoppers for 5 minutes
  4. Serve with shredded coconut brown sugar or Gula Melaka as topping
