Ingredients:Coriander, Chilli, Pepper, Cumin, Aniseed, Salt, Turmeric, Poppy Seeds, Curry leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Star anise, Cardamom, Refined Groundnut Oil, etc.
RECIPE: Fry mustard and 100g chopped onion in edible oil. Add 1kg chopped vegetables/mutton pieces, 50g Sakthi curry powder, coconut paste, salt to taste with necessary water and boil for 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. This masala can also be used to prepare Gravy, Kurma, Puffs, Cutlet and all kinds of fries.
