Ingredients: Gram Flour, Rice Flour, Salt, Chilli Powder, Sodium Bi-Carbonate, Asafoetida etc.
RECIPE: Bajji: Mix 200g of Sakthi Bajji-Bonda powder in 150ml water. Make slices of either onion, potato, banana, brinjal, cucumber or boiled egg or pappad. Dip the slices in the mixture and fry in edible oil. Now the tasty bajji is ready to serve. This powder can also be used to make cauliflower and onion pakoda.
Bonda : Mix 200g Sakthi Bajji-Bonda powder with finely chopped onion-100g, green chilli-2, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and necessary water. Make it into small balls and fry in edible oil till golden brown. Now tasty bonda is ready to serve.
