Ingredients : Coriander, Chilli, Black Gram Dhal, Fenugreek, Salt, Curry leaves, Cumin, Pepper, Mustard, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Ginger, Refined Groundnut Oil, etc
RECIPE : Boil 200g dhal. Fry mustard, chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaf in edible oil till golden brown. Take 100g vegetable cuttings of your choice, 2 tomatoes, tamarind juice, 1 spoon Achi sambar powder, salt to taste and cook with boiled dhal for 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty sambar is now ready to serve.
