How do I place an order?

We at eGrocer.com.sg are pleased to introduce new features that will make your online shopping experience more convenient. You may search for products by name, categories or brands. If you're not sure of the spelling of a particular item, just type in the first few letters and we will provide all the possible matches for you to view. During checkout you will be given the option to send your entire order. If you are not registered with eGrocer.com.sg and would like to do so, you can register anytime during your shopping or checkout. When you are ready to finalize your order, please click on Proceed To Checkout. The next screen will give you the option to login or register as a new user. What forms of payment do you accept?
We or our partners accept Cash on delivery or Cheque Payment.  For Cheque payments, please do not post-date your cheque as the collection bank is unable to process such cheques.

Cross your cheque and make it payable to our respective partner's business name.

How do I add an item to an order?
To ensure a prompt delivery of your order, eGrocer.com.sg processes your order soon after it is placed. If you would like to add an item, simply fill out another shopping cart.


Do I have to pay tax on my order?

Our GST registered partners are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to locations in Singapore.

  Selvi Store : 5% GST
  Sharithra Enterprises : No GST
When will I get my order?
Typically within 1 - 5 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on each individual vendor's description page.   

Selvi Store : Weekly 1 day.
Sharithra Enterprise: Within 2 days
For detailed, scheduled delivery day, please check respective partner's shipping information.
Do you deliver to international addresses?
– Sorry, we currently do not ship to international addresses. When this service becomes available, eGrocer.com.sg will advise our customers promptly.

How to manage my account on "Profile"?

eGrocer.com.sg is proud to provide you with a fast and convenient access to your account information. You can check your profile online and make all the necessary changes in a split second. Once you've logged on our website, simply click on "My Profile" page to modify either your your email address. Edits to you payment method information or shipping address will need to be made during a check out process.
How to change my password?

View your order history and service inquiries.
–You can check the status of your current and previous orders and Customer Care inquiries at anytime. Just login to your "Profile" and check out the Customer Care center to see an up to date status of your orders.
